IFC Open 9:00 AM - Foil 11:00 AM - Epee 1:00 PM - Sabre	This was a great tournament in 2006 with foil a B2, sabre and E1 and epee an A2 event! This tournament will be fenced with electric scoring equipment. USFA weapon and safety rules will be enforced. Registration closes at the times listed. USFA Membership is required. Men and women will fence together, unless we have at least 16 men and 16 women. NOTE: This tournament will be held at the Gary Morava Recreation Center 110 W. Camp McDonald Road Prospect Heights, IL 60070 Locker rooms and showers are available, as well as FREE parking. Fees: $25 for first event, ($20 if you pre-register by Friday, December 1); $15 for each additional event.

IFC Foil & Sabre Challenge 8:00 AM Women's Foil 9:00 AM Men's Foil 9:30 AM Youth 12 Foil 1:00 PM Women's Sabre 1:30 PM Youth 12 Sabre 2:00 PM Men's Sabre	The IFC invites you to attend the first ever Foil and Sabre Challenge. The 2007 tournament was a C2 in foil and a C1 in sabre. Fees: $25 for first event, ($20 if you pre-register by Friday, March 23); $15 for each additional event. Click HERE to pre-register. NOTE: This tournament will be held one mile away from our Lions Park location. The location is 1000 W. Central Ave., Mt. Prospect, IL 60056. VERY NICE locker rooms and showers available here, as well as FREE parking.
Team Event The team event fee is $45 per team. Teams are made up of three primary fencers and one alternate (if you have one). The format for the team event is a relay to 45 touches, 9 bouts, with every primary fencer from one team fencing every primary fencer from another. The complete USFA Team Competition rules that we will be using can be found in the 2006-2007 Athletes Handbook. Seeding for the team events will be based on the combined scores of the team members from the individual competition. Scores from the Men's or Women's events count the same for seeding the team event. In the event of a tie in seeding, a coin will be tossed.

IFC Dominick Epee Challenge 8:00 AM Open Women's Epee 9:00 AM Youth 14 Epee 9:30 AM Open Men's Epee Team Epee will begin as soon as Open Men's Epee finishes.	The Illinois Fencers Club would like to invite epee fencers from around the Midwest and Great Lakes Sections to our fifth annual Dominick Epee Challenge. The 2007 tournament was an A2 event. This tournament is named for Christine Dominick, a former member who has moved to Colorado to train for Division 1 competition. She was the winner of Div. 1A Women's Epee event at the 2004 Summer Nationals. USFA weapon and safety rules will be enforced. Complete uniforms, knee-length socks, punch test on masks, and at least two working weapons and body cords will be required. Registration closes at the times listed. USFA Membership is required. Fees: $20 for individual event IF you pre-register by Friday, April 27. Otherwise, the entry fee will be $25 after that date. Women can fence in the men's event for $10 if they fence in the corresponding women's event. If there are less than 6 women in the women's event, they can fence in the men's event for free.
